Outsourceably Global Solutions Inc. is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialists to join our client's Human Resources department and assist in building the company's talent pool.
Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, and conducting interviews over the phone. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.
Essential Functions and Core Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting with the implementation and administration of recruitment programs
- Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes, background, and reference checks
- Responsible for administration of the candidate process for all open positions
- Conduct initial screening interviews and virtual phone interviews with prospective applicants
- Assist with recommendations to the hiring manager on candidate hire, and partner with appropriate stakeholders to offer competitive compensation packages and facilitate negotiation with candidates
- Leverage various resources - internet, community organizations, print media, formal/informal networks, colleges, trade associations - to, directly and indirectly, source qualified candidates
- Maintain spreadsheets for the hiring headcount as well as, all weekly/monthly recruiting reports
- Ensure internal and external candidates are interviewed for open positions promptly to meet hiring goals
- Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, working within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools
- Maintain consistent standards for all applicants and ensure compliance with all local rules and regulations related to hiring and recruiting
- Responsible for developing and applying in-depth knowledge of the job specifications to include experience, skills, and behavioral competencies needed for success in each role
Technology and Work Environment Requirements
- Proper Internet Connection—you will need a home internet connection that is >15Mbps (you may do a quick check through SpeedTest.net)
- Desktop or Laptop with the following specifications (at least Core i3, 4GB RAM)
- USB Type Noise Cancelling Headset
- Must be able to hard-wire (via ethernet cord) directly into your home modem
- Must have a quiet workspace that is within reasonable proximity of your router so that you can plug in while working
Candidate Profile
- At least +2 yrs working experience in Human Resources, preferably in a customer service environment
- College degree in Psychology/Behavioral Science/ Human Resource Management
- Experience in interviewing and presenting to large volumes of candidates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet hiring goals within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional image
